
Barboursville Wine Dinner
The Rockefeller Room is proud to present Barboursville Vineyards for a collaboration dinner. Executive Chef Juli Gutierrez, Winemaker Luca Paschina, and Chief Sommelier Jason Tesauro invite you, friends, and family, to the revered Rockefeller Room for a six-course culinary adventure that is paired with Barboursville’s award-winning wines.
Each course of the menu focuses on a different region of Virginia, utilizing local farms and dairies to produce a hyper-local feast. The main course highlights the Randall Lineback cattle, which is a heritage American breed that has been genetically unchanged since the 17th century.
