One hundred and eleven years ago the unthinkable occurred in the icy waters of the North Atlantic Ocean. The RMS Titanic sank at 2:20am on April 15th, 1912. The voyage of the Titanic and her world-class, French trained chefs and service team, is being honored by the Rockefeller Room chefs and restaurant staff. This tantalizing meal offers a reimagined recreation of the last meal served to First Class passengers the evening before the iceberg created one of the most impactful moments in history.
