A Toast To St. Patrick’s Day
March 17th has been celebrated for centuries, with Americans wearing green clothes, drinking green beer and items like green milkshakes, bagels and grits appearing on menus. This year we would like to share our leprechaun-worthy drink with you, which will be available on site or make it from the comfort of your home.
Luck Of The Irish
2 slices cucumber, cut into quarter-inch slices
2 ounces Irish whiskey
1/2 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
3/4 ounce simple syrup
Garnish: cucumber ribbon wrapped glass
Muddle the cucumber slices in a shaker.
Add the Irish whiskey, St-Germain, lemon juice and simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Fine-strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a cucumber slice + mint
