Pet Policy (dogs only)

The Williamsburg Inn is pleased to welcome you and your dog during your visit to Williamsburg. Select rooms are dog-friendly.  For the security and safety of your dog, other guests, and our staff, we ask for your cooperation on the following:

Cancellation Policy

The Williamsburg Inn has a 7-day standard cancellation policy for any reservation made today and arrival date starting September 1, 2022.  All reservations made prior to July 1, 2022 are subject to the 3-day cancellation policy. The special event cancellation policy is noted below. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

Please note that this policy does not apply to travel associated with a Group booking. For guests with Group reservations (e.g., for meetings, events, or conferences), please review the booking rate rules and contact the group organizer for more information.

Some exclusions may apply. May exclude periods with special event restrictions or peak demand weeks. Please refer to the property’s Rate Details for applicable terms or exceptions, if any, when booking or changing reservations.

  • Homecoming Weekend 10/07/2022 – 10/08/2022  & 10/14/2022-10/15/2022 – Full Pre-payment. Non-refundable
  • Thanksgiving 11/23/2022-11/25/2022 – 60 Day Cancellation
  • Grand Illumination 12/02/2022 – 12/03/2022 – 30-Day Cancellation
  • Grand Illumination 12/09/2022- 12/10/2022 – 30-Day Cancellation
  • Grand Illumination 12/16/2022 – 12/17/2022 – 30-Day Cancellation
  • Christmas Week 12/23/2022 – 12/31/2022 – 30-Day Cancellation
